Factory Basketball has a long history of working with athletes throughout the Livonia basketball community. Well over a dozen varsity boys and girls basketball players from Livonia Stevenson, Franklin and Churchill High Schools have trained at The Factory, played with Factory Basketball teams, or both.
Our connection with Livonia begins well before high school. We have worked with many Livonia elementary and middle school athletes over the years, including numerous players who compete in the Livonia Junior Athletic League (LJAL).
Factory Basketball has also worked with several outstanding players from St. Michael the Archangel in Livonia, with athletes from the school both training at The Factory and competing with Factory Basketball teams.
That gives Factory Basketball a connection to Livonia players at virtually every stage of their development — from young athletes learning the game, through middle school basketball, and eventually to players competing at Livonia's varsity high school programs.
A Proven Path to College Basketball
Since Factory Basketball's first graduating class in 2018, more than 50 Factory athletes have gone on to compete in college athletics, including NCAA Division I, Division II, Division III, NAIA and JUCO programs.
For athletes with goals of playing at the next level, our focus is on development, appropriate competition and helping players find the right college opportunity academically, athletically and personally.

Factory Basketball is based at The Factory, our dedicated basketball training facility at 6584 Commerce Drive in Westland. The facility is just south of Livonia and approximately seven minutes from Churchill High School.

Yes. Individual development is a major part of the Factory system. Depending on the season and team, athletes receive a training package allowing them access to specialized skills training, shooting, ball handling, finishing, strength and athletic-development opportunities in addition to regular team practices.
