Our Player Development is unmatched. In addition to our Team Practices each week devoted entirely to team concepts, our athletes get a package of credits for taking Skills Classes of their choice. These classes include:

We challenge our players every week by playing a strong Exposure Schedule designed to allow our athletes to compete against the best players in the region in front of the most college coaches possible.

We Build Better Athletes with our Pre-Hab Strength & Speed Program

Female athletes are 9.5 times more likely to suffer a serious knee injury than their male counterparts. We see this as UNACCEPTABLE, and are doing everything we can to prevent it. This is the primary reason we opened The Factory; so that we could provide our injury prevention strength program (Pre-Hab) to all of our athletes. And it has been tremendously successful. In the 3+ years since we opened, WE HAVE NOT HAD ANY of our 100+ athletes who have done our training tear an ACL. Click the photo above or HERE for more Info.

The key in our ability to offer our athletes what no other program in SE MI offers is the fact that we have our very own facility; The Factory. The Factory allows us to control our practice & training schedules, offer tons of training opportunities, have open gym times, pre-event shoot-arounds, strength training, speed training, classroom sessions, video sessions, and more. Everything we do is about our athletes. We make every effort to not only prepare our athletes for success, but to place them in the best place to succeed. We have several teams, which allows our athletes to practice and compete at the best level for their development. For those capable of playing at the next level, we also need to make it easy for college coaches to find and to contact them. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter what we do in terms of training, exposure or strength if our athletes do not enjoy a positive experience that helps prepare them to be healthy and productive members of society. Culture is everything in an organization, which is why we love hearing our culture come up constantly when players and parents talk about why they are here and why they recommend us to others. Our Players genuinely enjoy playing together and hang out off the court.
